Therapy with an associate and a supervisor
Three ways to work with us, in person in Syracuse or by video when you are in New York. Your associate is a licensed master social worker, and a licensed supervisor works with them on your care.
Individual therapy
For one adult. Fifty-minute sessions, at a pace you set with your associate.

For two people. Eighty-minute sessions, so both of you have time to talk.

Questions
What people ask first
Who sees me?
An associate therapist: a licensed master social worker who is building the hours needed for a clinical license, working under a licensed supervisor. Associates are the clinic's therapists, and the supervisor is part of your care.
How often, and for how long?
Most people meet weekly at first. Individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 80. You and your associate set the pace, and we do not promise a number of sessions.
Are you licensed where I live?
Our licenses are New York licenses. We see people in person in Syracuse, and by video when you are in New York State during the session. If you are elsewhere, we help you look for someone licensed where you live.
