What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number and the message you write. Please do not include medical details in a message. If you need to reach us urgently, call us at (315) 555-0103.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you and to set up a first session. Your associate and their supervisor see what they need to care for you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

This website

The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or session recording. Booking and forms link to the clinic's own systems.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message you sent. Write to hello@balmclinic.org.
