Care
Individual therapy with a supervised associate
One-to-one sessions for an adult who wants steady, careful support, with an associate who has a licensed supervisor behind their work.

What to expect
What individual therapy looks like here
Who it helps
Adults who want a place to talk things through, with a clinician who has the time to listen.
What sessions look like
You and your associate talk for 50 minutes, in person at the clinic or by video.
The method
Associates draw on talk therapy methods taught in their training, and they explain the approach they use at the start.
What this is not
It is not an emergency service, and associates do not prescribe medication. If you are in crisis, call 988 or 911.
How often
Most people meet weekly at first. You and your associate set the pace, and we promise no number of sessions.
How it is paid
Your fee comes from the sliding scale and is in writing before you start. Ask about reduced-fee spots.

Questions
Three questions about this service
Who supervises my associate?
Every associate has a named, licensed supervisor, shown on our team page and beside the associate's name. You can ask at any time what the two of them discuss, and you can ask to meet the supervisor.
How often, and for how long?
Most people meet weekly at first. Individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 80. You and your associate set the pace, and we do not promise a number of sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. If something unexpected happens, tell your associate and we will talk about it.
Ready to begin?
Tell us when you are free, and we will match you with an associate. Your fee is in writing before you start.
